Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Colt-Industries M1756-U56286 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Control products, including obsoleted and phased-out Comtec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Conair product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Control such as the 100367 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 17008250 manufactured by Comtec and we are pleased to be able to service most Comtec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PCEIID by Manufacturer Conair as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Continental Brand ECM4L2P1PCC552086 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Componex such as 4198R6 equipment made by Componex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Componex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Componex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BUSPAC made by Contec as well as the popular PN12119 original spares produced by Reliance-Electric

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HE2472A by Condor and 4198R6 spares by Componex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VQC2301NR51 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Smc.
